Located in the south coast of Greenland, Kujalleq region, on the borders of Nanortalik Gold Belt, which is covered by several exploration licences. Licence is accessible by helicopter. Nanulaq, a past Au-producing mine, is located @ 27km distance from Nanortalik licence area.

Exploration
Regional geochemical sampling was done by NunaOil A/S (NunaMinerals A/S) in 1990s and resulted in definition of a fault line. Greenland Gold conducted terrain reconnaissance, geological mapping, geophysical and geochemical measurements and collected 12 samples in 2018, one sample (N6) returned Au @ 12g/t, remaining samples contained low concentrations of gold.
